The Dr. Seuss Experience is an interactive immersion into the wondrous world of Dr. Seuss. Inside, guests of all ages will be transported through an awe-inspiring, sensory spectacle including nine different, visually stunning Dr. Seuss worlds, with the opportunity to meet iconic characters, live the classic stories and experience Dr. Seuss like never before.

Guests can expect a Seuss-tacular journey featuring themes and installations that bring Dr. Seuss’s beloved works to life. Join the Circus McGurkus; swing from Truffula Trees from The Lorax; navigate the balloon-filled maze from Oh, the Places You’ll Go! and explore the towering clovers while listening closely for a Who from Horton Hears a Who!. With so many different offerings, from a carousel ride to photo opportunities and exclusive, bespoke merchandise, there is fun and adventure for everyone in the family.

The DMV run of The Dr. Seuss Experience will feature the debut of the brand new Sneetches Mirror Maze, the only one of its kind in the world. Plus tons of new carnival games that are sure to create fun moments for every member of the family.

We were invited to a sneak peek of The Dr. Seuss Experience to share with DC families. This immersive experience is great for families, especially those with younger kids. The 9 different Dr. Seuss worlds are perfect for elementary age kids (and younger!).
Our favorite experiences were the Sneetches Mirror Maze, Truffula Swings and the Thneed Factory. The Sneetches Mirror Maze is wild! You quickly become lost in the endless reflections and have to use your wits to escape. Our kids loved this experience! All the kids in the maze were giggling and screeching with joy as they wandered through what looks like endless hallways.

Our kids were disappointed the Truffula Swings are tethered to the floor. They wanted to pump themselves above the Truffula canopy. For the safety of all visitors, the swings only allow for chill swinging.
The Thneed Factory had kids scrambling and lunging to catch the Truffula balls as they came flying out above their heads. There were kids of all ages feeding the Truffula balls into the pipes and excitedly catching them.
